MCAA Membership

There are two types of members: regular and associate.

Regular membership may be held by sole proprietorships, partnerships or corporations whose business is the construction, ownership and management of single and multifamily rental dwelling units.

Associate membership may be held by persons, partnerships or corporations whose business functions are associated with, or support the, purposes of this organization.

Only regular members have the right to vote on matters coming before the membership.

Affiliations:
As a regular member of the MCAA you will automatically have membership in the Indiana Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Regular Members will receive a monthly communication with up-to-date information about the multi-family housing industry. Download a pdf listing NAA benefits.

Activities:
Informative sessions dealing with the ownership, management and operation of multi-family housing. Communication about national, state and local issues affecting multi-family housing in South Central Indiana. Representation of industry needs to legislative bodies and agencies.

Monthly General Membership meetings with speakers who provide pertinent information designed to keep members informed of changes and trends in the industry.

Membership dues:
Regular Membership (apartment owners and communities) dues are based on a combination base price and per unit cost.

Associate Membership dues are $175 per year.
