Suzanne manages an office, retail and a significant residential portfolio. She's been an instructor for the City of Bloomington's Housing and Neighborhood Development program "Renting 101" and has taught the "Landlord Info" course for South Central Indiana Housing Opportunities.
Dezerai has been in the multifamily industry for the last 18 years. Prior to Rent., she worked onsite in property management for 6 years as an Assistant Property Manager in Indianapolis. She is Google Ads Certified and currently working on her Social Media Marketing & Facebook Blueprint Certifications through Meta Business. Dezerai is active in IREM, IAA and currently sits on the Associates Council for the Louisville Apartment Association. She is excited to join the Board for the Monroe Apartment Association and looks forward to contributing her time & efforts.

Jerry has been in banking for 47 years and is a member of Indiana Bankers Association's 40-Year Club. He holds Emeritus status with the National Association of Realtors. He is the pas President of Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association and is a recipient of their Distinguished Service Award. He currently serves as the President of Downtown Bloomington, Inc. and is a member of the Exchange Club of Northside Bloomington as well as serving on their Board.
Christine Bartlett is a lawyer who has practiced law at Ferguson Law since 2011. One of the primary focuses of her practice is landlord and tenant law, with other concentrations in real estate law, general civil litigation, collections, and school and governmental entity law. In addition to service on the MCAA Board of Directors, she is also a member of the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Council. Christine is a life-long Monroe County resident and graduate of Indiana University.
Keith is a lifelong resident of Monroe County and has been the Owner and President of Orion Real Estate and Property Management for 14 years. Prior to property management, he worked in management in the limestone industry as well as publishing. He has served on the Bloomington Board of Realtors and is active in the real estate community, other charities and his church. He is married, has 2 children, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, IU wrestling and riding his Harleys.
Jordan is in his 5th year serving with the MCAA. During this time he has served on our Membership, Programming, PR, Finance and Advocacy committees. In addition to these Jordan was the President for 2021 and 2022 and has been on the Board of Directors for 3 years. He currently serves as Ex-Officio, in addition to his role as the Leasing Manager for Horn Properties since May 2018. As a Bloomington native, the opportunity to work with a locally owned and operated company is something he takes great pride in.
Linda is the Broker/Owner of Camelot Realty Group in Bloomington, IN. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, Secretary/Treasurer of Bloomington Board of Realtors 2019, VP of the Bloomington Board of Realtors 2020, President Elect of the Bloomington Board of Realtors 2021, President of the Bloomington Board of Realtors 2022, and on the Board of Directors for the Monroe County Apartment Association. She is a recipient of the Melody Martin Humanitarian Award.
Lori Todd, Broker/Owner of Choice Realty & Management started her career in real estate in 1991. She founded her own real estate firm in 2002 which focuses on Residential Sales and Property Management. She has served on local, state, and national levels for Realtor Associations, including Bloomington Board of Realtors President and Bloomington MLS President. She is a Past President of the MCAA, a member of the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce and serves as the Realtor Liaison to the Indiana 9th District in Congress.
Amanda was born and raised in Monroe County and began her career with Regency Multifamily in 2014 as a Leasing Consultant. She was promoted to Assistant Property Manager of two properties and then in 2017 promoted to Assistant Director of Operations. From there, she helped oversee four properties and held a dual role as Community Manager of Steeplechase. She holds the CAM designation from the National Apartment Association. Amanda is now the Director of Operations over six properties in the Bloomington region.
Staci joined IU Credit Union in the fall of 2022 as a VP, Business Lender after spending the prior 31 years at First Financial Bank.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude last May from the University of Arizona, earning a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate. (Better late than never!)
Staci has a daughter and son-in-law who live in Jeffersonville. She currently lives in Jackson County on a small farm she has owned since 2001, but has been in her family’s name since 1851.
She enjoys the outdoors, reading, and learning something new every day.
John was born and raised in Gary Indiana, is a Vietnam Veteran and graduated from the IU School of Business. John’s career ranged from working as an Insurance Claims Adjuster, Premium Auditor, Forms Designer and 30 years as a Financial Advisor and Retirement Planner. John and his wife, Sharon, own and currently operate Kirtland Realty Company, providing rental homes in Monroe County for the past 25 years.
Victor works as a Leasing & Operations Manager with Olympus Properties. He graduated from Wabash College with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Spanish. Victor has previous experience as Senior Implementation Manager, Team Lead, Bilingual Interpreter and Licensed Insurance Agent. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Monroe County Apartment Association as a representative for Olympus Properties.
Valerie began her career with Grant Properties in November 2018 and has been the General Manager since 2021. She oversees all the day to day activities at Grant Properties, including leasing, marketing and managing the maintenance staff. She has been married to her husband, Travis since 2008 and they have one daughter, Taylor. In her spare time Valerie enjoys camping and traveling with her family and making memories with her daughter during their Girl Scout adventures.
