The Programming / Education Committee guides the informational and educational subjects of the General Membership Meeting "GMM" and Special Events. Past programs have included Legal Panels, Mayoral Updates, Fair Housing Seminars and Safety Training. The Committee meets quarterly and also helps host at the GMM and Special Events.

The Finance Committee provides financial oversight and recommendations to the MCAA Board of Directors.

The Membership Committee focuses on recruiting new members and bringing value to all members by working with the Programming and Education Committees to create resources that educate and inform the MCAA Membership. The Committee meets quarterly and mentors new members with hosting them at events and introducing them to other members that would be complimentary to their busines.

The Advocacy Committee is an ad-hoc committee formed to address LOCAL legislation and ordinances that could impact our LOCAL multi-family owners, managers and service providers. Previous advocacy has brought about change to potential impacts related to the Occupancy Affidavit, retro-fitting older properties with hard-wired smoke detectors, updating window size to fit current code instead of grandfathering.
