The Programming Committee proposes the information and educational subjects of the General Membership Meetings.  Past programs have included updates from Indiana University Capital Planning, Multi-Family Market Updates, Fair Housing Seminars, and the Legal Panel.

The Finance Committee provides financial oversight and recommendations to the MCAA Board of Directors.

The Membership Committee focuses on recruiting new members and bringing value to all members by working with the Programming and Education Committees to create programming that educates and informs the MCAA membership.

The Education Committee creates special events meant to add to MCAA member skill-sets.  Events can range from technology workshops, and events that focus on creating opportunities to build maintenance skills and leasing skills.
