The Programming / Education Committee proposes the information and educational subjects of the General Membership Meetings and Special Events.  Past programs have included updates from Indiana University Capital Planning, Multi-Family Market Updates, Fair Housing Seminars, the Legal Panel, Safety Training, Maintenance & Leasing Skills and technology workshops.

The Finance Committee provides financial oversight and recommendations to the MCAA Board of Directors.

The Membership Committee focuses on recruiting new members and bringing value to all members by working with the Programming and Education Committees to create programming that educates and informs the MCAA membership.

The Advocacy Committee is an ad-hoc committee formed to address LOCAL legislation and ordinances that could impact our LOCAL multi-family owners, managers and service providers.  Previous advocacy has brought about change to potential impacts related to the Occupancy Affidavit, retro-fitting older properties with hard-wired smoke detectors, updating window size to fit current code instead of grandfathering.
